FAQs

• Q: I wish to cancel my booking; can I get a refund on my deposit?
•  A: Deposits are non-refundable but if we have at least 72 hours notice we may be able transfer to another day/time for extenuating circumstances; all cases are individually reviewed.

•  Q: The weather is due to be bad. Does it still go ahead?
•  A: Activities will go ahead in all weather unless we deem it unsafe. Rain will not effect the activities, it actually makes them faster! If you cancel your activity you will lose your deposit.

•  Q: It’s a warm day. Do I have to wear full length sleeves and gloves?
•  A: We appreciate the warm weather may make being fully covered uncomfortable but the slopes are a coarse material, so you need to have gloves, long sleeves, full length trousers and trainers to protect you against abrasions and cuts. We have changing rooms, so you can change in to something lighter when you have finished.  

•  Q: Do we get the slope to ourselves?
•  A: Unless you have specifically booked for exclusives use, paying for all ringos or toboggans, then no, there will likely be other users on there at the same time. For parties, coming on a weekday is often much quieter.

•  Q: Do you provide the cake or party bags for parties?
•  A: We do not but are happy to store them until you are ready for them.

•  Q: Will we be able to put up decorations in the party room?
•  A: you will probably not have access to the party room until your allotted food time so may not have time. If you wish to put up some balloons and banners whilst we tidy and set up that should be fine. We do ask that there are no party popper or confetti though.
