Below are the steps we are taking to help ensure our customers’ wellbeing whilst also still being able to provide some refreshing outdoor activities.

Please adhere to our instructions as they are aimed for keeping all safe.

• All our slope activities require gloves, so we advise putting them on before entry of the building and keeping on until have left the premises.

• Doors will be kept open to avoid high volume contact areas,such as handles

• To avoid congregating, please only have any group’s organiser at Reception; the rest head through to the boot area.

• Keep to segregated queues, maintaining distance with person in front. Do not approach counter until previous person has gone.

• Whilst on the ringos and tobogganing, only one person will go down at a time.

• Whilst queuing on steps or for the lift, keep to markers ensuring safe distance between each person.

• Drinks & limited food will be available from the Restaurant for takeaway only.
